We can not rave enough about Simon and the amazing photographs he has taken for me and my family over the many, many years. From Corporate headshots to photos of my family growing. He has always captured every moment perfectly.His personality and professionalism makes us all feel comfortable and relaxed to ensure we are showing our best self in the photo. There are many laughs through out the shoot too.He was also super quick with showing what was taken, no waiting for weeks.Highly recommend

Simon was exceptional. I am not comfortable in front of a camera, but Simon made the whole experience easy by offering great advice to capture the best photo possible. Over the last twenty years, Simon James Photography has captured the most beautiful images of our milestone events - from pregnancy photos to multiple 'big' birthday celebrations, from our daughter's christening to corporate headshots for our business. Simon is an absolute joy to deal with. He has an infectious energy and a rare talent for bringing out the best in his subjects. Professionalism, talent and a genuinely great person all rolled into one!

I engaged Simon to update my profile headshots and was impressed by not only the quality of the photos but the process, it's never easy self analysing your own photos but Simon make you comfortable, easy and knows how to get the perfect shot without you even realising.I highly recommend Simon for his quality work to get the best shot of you.

Simon did a full day shoot for my team in our rebrand. I was extremely happy with the attention to detail and effort that went into making sure I had the perfect shots for every marketing channel in my business. Simon is an incredibly talented and intuitive photographer. I engaged Simon to photograph my seminar and the whole process from start to end was smooth, easy and extremely successful.He met with me, came out and saw the venue and asked me all the right questions. On the day Simon was communicative, flexible and very positive which helped the day run smoothly and easily.The final photos were even better than I could have hoped! I had the photos within 48 hours of the event and he was an absolutely pleasure to work with when choosing the best images. .Simon is certainly my trusted go-to photographer and I would not hesitate to recommend my nearest and dearest to him for photos for any event.

Simon used his genius to photograph a recent fundraising event I hosted for Just Peoples. He captured the ambience and atmosphere of the evening perfectly, which for a charity event particularly is extremely important. Simon’s photos beautifully conveyed that feeling of excitement, connection and inspiration in the room, particularly while listening to the guest speaker, or while they were having meaningful conversations and were inspired to contribute to the world through Just Peoples.I am so excited to share Simon's pictures with our community and use them to promote future events so people can visualise the awesome time they will have when they join us next time.Simon sent me some screen grabs within one hour of the event finishing which was really special as in this instant world we live in it can be hard to wait for professional shots, so I particularly appreciated to get these through before I’d even made it home.I love working with Simon, he’s fun, he’s funny and he puts everyone at ease ensuring their natural beauty, inside and out, shines through.

Simon was so amazing during this pandemic. We had to postpone our wedding and on our first wedding date Simon has so much passion for making people happy that he still took some family shots for us. On our wedding day when we finally got to have our dream day, Simon just made the day flow and be so effortless. The photo turn around was super quick and such amazing beautiful natural shots. Could not of asked for a better photographer. Easy to get along with, bubbly, caring and passionate!

We are so delighted we made the decision to have Simon take some family photographs with our adult children and grandson. The milestone of our grandson turning three, and that the CoVid-19 restrictions highlighted just how important our family are to us. We know that too often time slips by and precious moments can be missed.Thank you Simon for your professional approach in creating a range of group, small group and individual family photos (taken in our own home and garden) that we all treasure. It was so much fun!

Simon recently completed a corporate photographic shoot for one of my clients. With executives in Australia from global offices around the world, we took the opportunity to update our library of corporate head, team and operational shots. Simon was utmost professional in his approach and dealing with all levels of staff and management including the global executive team. He was flexible and no-fuss, and got the job done working amongst a fully operational corporate office while also demonstrating creativity, independence and flair to ensure we captured some candid, informal shots as well. The results were terrific. I would recommend Simon due to the quality of his service and photographs and value of the investment.

I discovered Simon on Easy Weddings and after browsing his work just knew it was the style of images we were seeking. From the moment I spoke with Simon over the phone I knew there was no one else I wanted to capture our day. He was witty, professional and he just seemed to understand what I was seeking instantly.My now husband & I believe ourselves to be a couple of the most unphotogenic people getting around and hate having our photos taken and yet Simon was able to achieve the impossible. We wanted classic yet casual shots and he nailed it painlessly.We absolutely love them, the images capture the mood and story of the evening perfectly. A gorgeous blend of classic intended shots and casual natural unknown moments which are some of our favorites.We have the most beautiful photos to remember our wedding day and we are forever grateful for that :)Thanks Simon.

Simon took photos of our mechanics workshop for use on the internet and social media. He put us all at ease quickly and captured the image we wanted to project perfectly. The turnaround time between sesion and availability of photos was super quick too! We will definitely ask Simon to help us again when we are ready to update our photos.

Leading up to my maternity shoot I was nervous, felt terrible with how I looked and honestly wanted to cancel it. Then I arrived and Simon was an absolute pleasure. I felt like an absolute Queen and Simon made me feel so incredibly comfortable! I have photos of this amazing time in my life I never dreamt I’d be happy with! I am so grateful that we chose to go with Simon and the photos are absolutely amazing, I’ve sent them to everyone I know instead of hiding them away for my eyes only!
